The challenge
As Grundfos, a global leader in water technology, faced the impending deprecation of their legacy Manufacturing Execution System (MES), they saw an opportunity to enhance both the performance and usability of their interface. With the existing system nearing end-of-life, Grundfos sought to future-proof their operations by developing a more reliable, efficient, and user-friendly interface that would support streamlined decision-making and improve operational efficiency across their production teams.
Our contribution
We partnered with Grundfos to design and build a completely new user interface for their MES system. Our solution was engineered to not only replace the outdated system but also optimize performance, reduce latency, and improve system reliability. By refining workflows, enhancing data visualization, and simplifying user interactions, we empowered plant operators to make quicker, more informed decisions. This transformation resulted in increased uptime, smoother operations, and set the stage for continued growth and operational excellence, ensuring Grundfos is well-equipped for the future.
