The challenge

Bilkatogo, a key player in the grocery delivery market, was operating a successful platform but needed ongoing development and maintenance to stay competitive. When Føtex's home delivery service was closed, Bilkatogo was tasked with taking over the home delivery concept and integrating it into their existing platform. The challenge was to quickly adapt the system to support a new range of services, ensuring a smooth transition for customers and maintaining the high standards of service that had been established by Føtex.
